Guests are welcome to check in from 2:00pm onwards, giving you plenty of time to settle in and make yourself at home. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00am so we can prepare the room for our next guests. Early check-in from 12pm can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us to see if this is available for your stay.
Yes, dogs are welcome in both our rooms and bar area. A £10 per night fee applies for hotel stays, and we ask that you let us know at the time of booking as only certain rooms are dog friendly.
Yes, we have a lovely beer garden and outdoor seating areas, ideal for dining or drinks in the sunshine.
Cancellations for individual bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid any charges. For larger group bookings of more than 10 rooms, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 2 weeks in advance. You will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your booking. If you have booking via an online travel agent such as Booking.com or Expedia, you will need to cancel your booking directly through them via their platform.
No, we do not have electric vehicle chargers available on-site at Hartford Hall. However, the nearest charging stations are conveniently located in nearby Northwich.
